  Phoned to enquire about leaving my mower in for a repair. I was initially told the waiting list would be around 3 weeks which was fine as I appreciate its a busy time of the year. I gave a description of what my issue was and said I'd bought the mower second hand last year only to be told it was actually more than 3 weeks wait and to "take the mower back to where I'd bought it". Really disappointed in the mannerism over the phone and the unhelpfulness. I always try and support small local businesses but will certainly not use this company again.

  Awful service , told me call back on wednesday to collect my strimmer which was there for 3 days only needed the fuel line replaced which i had already spare one with it and to my disappoinment still wasnt done ... i would highly recommend go else where ... customer service skills non exsitant ...
